In order to elicit the weight loss/body-fat reduction that you'd like to see this summer, the chances are that you'll likely need to feel a little bit hungry...


Nothing crazy, but a little bit.


It's simply unrealistic in most cases that you can 'avoid' hunger and lose weight


A much more rational way to go about things would be to accept that a little hunger is likely inevitable, and then learn how to manage that hunger best for you and your day


'Avoiding' hunger will more than likely result in you over-eating and not seeing the outcomes that are important to you.


'Managing' hunger is an acceptance of reality firstly. And secondly, more than likely what's necessary if you're going to achieve the bodyshape results that you want to see.
